Claim Pass Terms

1. What a Claim Pass is
A Claim Pass is a fixed software/access service you purchase from HTF Market to unlock an Accepted Match — a bottle a verified, licensed retailer has agreed to set aside for you. The Claim Pass fee pays for marketplace access, reservation of the match, retailer reveal, and generation and verification of your QR Pickup Pass.
2. What a Claim Pass is NOT
A Claim Pass is not a deposit, alcohol payment, coupon, voucher, or stored value for alcohol, and it is never applied toward the price of the bottle. Claim Pass fees are not a percentage of, or a commission on, any bottle sale. They are fixed fees for software and access services only.
3. HTF Market does not sell alcohol
HTF Market is a marketplace and software platform. HTF Market is not the seller of alcohol and no alcohol payment is collected by HTF Market. The licensed retailer is the seller of record. The final purchase, taxes, and age verification are completed directly with the licensed retailer in-store. You must present a valid 21+ government ID at pickup.
4. Fees and tiers
Claim Pass fees are fixed and shown to you before purchase. Tiers (for example, Standard, Rare, Premium, and Unicorn) reflect the level of access and demand, not the price of the bottle. The exact fee for your match is displayed on the Accepted Match screen before you pay.
5. Pickup window and expiration
Each Pickup Pass has a pickup window and an expiration set with the retailer. Arrive within the window and bring a valid 21+ government ID. A Pickup Pass is single-use and may be scanned only by the retailer who accepted the match.
6. Included Claim Passes
Membership plans may include a number of Claim Passes each month. Included Claim Passes are access/service credits only. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are never applied toward the price of the bottle.
7. Refunds
Claim Pass fees are refundable only in the circumstances described in our Refund Policy. They are not refundable for customer no-shows, changes of mind, arrival after the pickup window, failed age verification, or a lawful refusal of sale.
