• Age verification status and date of birth
• Location data you provide (city, state, ZIP)
• Offer requests, offers, listings, watchlist, and price alert activity
• Retailer business and licensing information (for retailer accounts)
• Technical data such as device type and access times

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Platform
• Connect customers with licensed retailers
• Verify age eligibility and retailer licensing
• Send you transactional notifications and product updates
• Comply with legal obligations
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse

3. Sharing of Information

We share information with licensed retailers only to the extent necessary to facilitate your offer requests and listings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to enforce our Terms.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Customer accounts can be deleted in-app at any time from Account → Delete account. Retailer and admin accounts are deleted through support to preserve seller-of-record audit records — contact support@htfmarket.com.

When you delete your account, we remove your personal information (name, email, phone, location, date of birth) and any user-owned data tied only to you (watchlist, price alerts, in-app notifications, cart contents, open requests). Your login is removed and you will no longer be able to sign in.

For legal and alcohol-compliance reasons, transactional records associated with completed or in-progress orders (orders, order items, audit events) are retained in anonymized form so the licensed retailer can keep its seller-of-record audit trail and so we can comply with applicable law. These records no longer contain your name or contact information.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Authentication is handled by a third-party provider. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and local storage for essential functionality, including authentication, age verification, and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers at this time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children's Privacy

HTF Market is not intended for individuals under 21. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us immediately.
