Refund Policy

1. What this covers
This policy covers Claim Pass fees— HTF Market's own fixed software/access service fees. It is never a refund of the bottle: HTF Market does not sell alcohol and no alcohol payment is collected by HTF Market. The bottle is purchased in-store, directly from the licensed retailer, who handles its own pricing, taxes, and any in-store refunds.
2. When a Claim Pass fee is refundable
Your Claim Pass fee is eligible for a refund when the match can't be honored for reasons outside your control, including:
- the retailer cancels the match;
- the retailer can no longer fulfill the bottle;
- the store is unavailable during the promised pickup window;
- a QR or Pickup Pass generation error prevents pickup; or
- the retailer rejects a valid, unexpired pass.
3. When a Claim Pass fee is not refundable
Because the Claim Pass reserves access and a retailer's time, fees are not refundable when:
- you do not show up for pickup;
- you change your mind;
- you arrive after the pickup window has expired;
- you cannot complete the required 21+ government-ID verification; or
- the retailer lawfully refuses the sale (for example, you appear intoxicated).
4. How refunds are issued
Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take several business days. A refunded Claim Pass cannot be used for pickup.
5. Memberships and included Claim Passes
Included Claim Passes from a membership are access/service credits with no cash value and are not refundable for cash. Membership billing terms, where applicable, are described at sign-up.
